Do Your Ears Hang Low?
Do They Wabble Too and Fro?
Can you Tie Em In a Knot?
Can you Tie Em In a Bow?
Can you Throw Em Over Your Shoulder,
Like a Continental Soldier?
Do Your Ears...Hang...Low?
So my mom used to sing this song all the time; apparently she learned it in Girl Scouts! So when I saw the trend for hi-low skirts I couldn't stop singing that song! It's high, it's low ... at first I truly hated it. A lot. Then I saw this skirt and the more I started looking at the trend the more I realized how feminine it is and I loved it! So I made up my own song:
Does your Skirt Hang (High AND) Low?
Does It Swish, Too and Fro?
Can you Tuck Your Shirt Into It?
Can you Tie Your Shirt Around It?
Can you Throw it on as you run out the door,
like a fashion blogger on the go?
Does your Skirt...Hang..Low?
Here's my high-low :-)
Necklace: c/o JewelIQ Similar (JewelIQ) | Bracelets: Nine West
(Yes you can see my bra. Did not realize this until after pictures were taken. Hope you enjoy hehe) I tied the tank top instead of tucking it because the top of this skirt is elastic and it's a little too big - so instead of tucking and having it looked puckered on my hips, tying the top lets it fall naturally and give an asymmetrical look!
I feel like there's a new trend every couple of weeks - any guesses as to what will be popular NEXT?!?!?

I just bought my first hi-lo dress too, but since I'm only 5ft tall, I had to have it hemmed in the back. That trend was not made for short girls!

Lovely!!!! :) It doesn't matter if your bra is see-through. The weather is so hot it just gives you the excuse. hehehe.... Anyway, I too love thi hi-lo these days. I have a vintage dress that I refashioned into a hi-lo as well. I love it! Your skirt is lovely.
