Guest Bloggette: Bonnie Mini Me Style

Hello! I’m Bonnie from Mini Me Style where I blog about weaning myself off yoga pants and boxed wine, and developing a personal style that works with a tight budget and my 5’ frame.  This is all quite the challenge, and some days are better than others!

I’m happy to be filling in for Sarah while she’s enjoying some much-deserved R&R this week.  Sarah and I connected a few months ago via the blogosphere and have as been as inseparable as two people who are actually separated by a couple thousand miles could be.  I absolutely love this girl, and our significant others regularly joke that we should just run off together and save ourselves the overage charges on our texting plans.

One of my style goals this season was to find an affordable, on-trend item of clothing that would be versatile enough to work with several pieces of clothing I already owned.  I absolutely fell in love with the mint hue that has been so popular, and my trigger happy index finger couldn’t click  “Add to bag” fast enough when I came across this pleated skirt at ModCloth.

Not only is mint a beautiful color that flatters a variety of skin tones, but it works as a neutral and can be styled a myriad of ways and paired with quite a few colors/patterns.  Here are three looks I’ve put together featuring this skirt.
