Time to Link Up / Being Featured!

First off thank you to everyone who entered my giveaway yesterday; I'm so happy so many people participated!  The link is open until next week so continue to enter for the giveaway HERE
This is what you get after all . . .

I'm also being featured today at My Name is Jacy; Jacy has an AMAZING blog, inspiring stories, hot fashion!, and a great feature called "Readers Style".  Anyone is encouraged to participate to show off their blog style!  Check out her blog to see more. Thanks Jacy for the feature!!

Now it's time for the second Link UP! The theme this week is, "Blogger Copycats"Find a picture of an outfit from a blogger you like, whether on Pinterest or not, and then recreate it! Make sure you give credit to the lovely blogger you're recreating too!

RULES:
1. Click on the "link up" button at the bottom, and submit your design.
ONLY put in the URL of your blog post, NOT of your blog itself
2. Tag Simply Sarah on your page saying you're linking up
(please link the name of my blog as well, http://sarahsavvystyle.blogspot.com)
3. You can include the button on the right-hand sidebar, "Simply Sarah Pin-Off"
*If the code doesn't work, please put the picture on your blog and link it to http://sarahsavvystyle.blogspot.com
4. Recreate the design! That's it!  Everyone wins!

Here's my BLOGGER COPYCAT IMAGE:
This is Tara from MixMatchFashion! I felt inspired by her mix of green and purple

MY INTERPRETATION:

Silk Tee, Old Navy | Purple Pencil Skirt, Limited (Thrifted)
Necklace, Thrifted | Gold Cap Flats, Jennifer Lopez (Kohls)
Bag, Old | Sunnies, H/M | Watch, Kohls, Bracelets: H/M

The only real re-creation here is that her jacket inspired me to match the purple skirt with the green shirt.  Other than that there's not much; but any inspiration is good inspiration! Thanks Tara!

Don't forget to enter the giveaway, AND the link-up below!

  4. LOVE the teal and purple together...it's definitely a great color combo for your skin tone. And don't you just love Tara? ;)
btw, I laughed so hard at the comment you left me today! I had the same reservation with the skirt and even thought to myself, "Gosh...I hope my hoo-ha doesn't show!" LOVE that I'm not the only one who uses the word "hoo-ha!"

  17. I think it's fun that you let her outfit be your inspiration, without copying it exactly. I really like your top, I really need to get into Old Navy apparently!
